Neale, I've been a member for a couple weeks, but I've noticed that you took the time to give recognition to a couple of your guys during that time. Much respect to you for the level of support that you have for your guys. It's clear that you are the kind of teacher that takes as much pride in the accomplishments of your students as you do for your own accomplishments.

With an approach like that, it must be very easy to attract and retain students. Congrats to you on that.
