Hey yo. I'm going to the plastic surgeon tomorrow to see if I can get my asshole changed into a vagina. Vaginoplassty I think it's called. I'm still not sure if I'll be able to poop out of it still or if they'll just install a colostomy hole somewhere. Whatever. To be honest I don't see why any other dudes haven't dude this yet. Yeah I have a dick already but having a vagina too would be cool. It'll look good in an ass crack too. Especially my ass crack, lol. With the advancements being made in medical science I think you are going to see more dudes doing this in the future. Why not have both?
