I've been a member of the Nibiru Forum for just short of a year now and I wanted to create this thread to express my gratitude for this website's existence! Honestly, I credit the Nibiru Forum and the 10th Planet community in general for SO MANY positive additions to my life!
Not only has this forum motivated me to start training again after 2 years of no jiu jitsu, but it has improved my jits game by LEAPS and BOUNDS! I am 110% convinced that 10th Planet is the absolute best form of no-gi jiu jitsu ever created, and I am EXTREMELY grateful for you, Eddie, and for everyone else in the system who has contributed to make it what it is today.
What's more, this forum has allowed us to organize the 10th Planet Miami Hotbox, from which I have formed friendships in only a couple months that rival the bonds I have with my LIFELONG friends and family! I can't even express in words how amazing the 10th Planet practitioners are! We are the nicest, friendliest, most open-minded and accepting group of people I have ever encountered! Nothing I have ever experienced even comes close. Thanks to the Nibiru Forum I was introduced to Brandon and Tyler Woolsey, who I literally consider a part of my family now! I have known the Woolseys for merely 2 months and Brandon is like an older brother to me, and Tyler is like a younger brother to me! Not only do we spend time together training, but we hang out outside of jiu jitsu all the time as well! Without this forum, I wouldn't even know them! The Woolseys are also largely responsible for the formation and the success of the 10th Planet Miami Hotbox and you only need to spend a few minutes with the team to realize where the love and respect stems from. It stems from the Woolseys, and the rest of the team perpetuates the love and the respect which has truly turned this team into a family in such a SHORT amount of time!
Since the first day I joined this forum I have been here literally every single day without fail. I try to post regularly, but even when I don't contribute, I read most threads, and even though we have some drama every once in a while, it is by FAR the best online community I have ever been a part of!
The success of this forum is a direct testament to your personality, and your teaching style, Eddie. You are an inspiration to every single one of us! After spending an entire year here I felt the need to create this thread to express my gratitude to everyone here, especially you Master Bravo! Thank you all so much! Whether you realize it or not, you have ALL touched my life in a positive way and I can honestly say that this forum has PERMANENTLY changed my life for the better! I have no doubts that this forum will continue its brilliance for MANY MANY years to come and I am nothing but optimistic for the future of 10th Planet!
