I have nothing but good things to say about Derek. He is truly amazing. His knowledge of all things martial arts is staggering. I learned a lot from him. He understands how to train the mind and body. He is cerebral as fuck. I was fortunate enough to get a chance to meet Ant Lopez. He is a true phenom. I have no doubt he will be a big name one day, and can not wait to see that happen.
