I never had the priviliege to train with those guys up in Rochester, but Chris is directly responsible for many of the techniques that i've used in the past through youtube.

Hopefully one day I can make my way up there to too! But in the meantime, I guess I should say thanks too!! keep those videos coming!! There awesome!

Herzog is awesome. Met him at a seminar in April @ 10P Sherman. I had no leg lock game at all, and Mr. Herzog hooked me up. Had a great time. Looking forward to the next one.
