After over 6 months of painful stretching, twisting, and pulling... I was lucky enough to catch a picture of my first time doing this! I'm 6'2" 265lbs and this took A LOT of work

I've been able to do double lotus for a while and can do that with no hands... But I've has tons of trouble getting my leg behind my head... And when I finally got it I was SOOO happy haha...

I'm the opposite I can't get my foot over my giant calves for double lotus but I can get my foot behind my head, getting closer though. Good work.
