Is there a set date in which new episodes of MTS become available or is it pretty random? I check for a new episode every five minutes or so and I thought maybe there was a way to make me less crazy waiting for them...

Just check every 10 minutes. You'll have a lot more time for other things... Like training.

Oh yeah... I'll have to set up that email account on my phone... Thanks bro! I was just wondering though if there is supposed to be one every two weeks or if there was a actually a goal...

From what I've seen posted on the forum it's supposed to be every two weeks as long as it all runs smoothly. There's clearly a lot of work that Jason and many others put in to the videos, so some times you need to be patient, but it's always worth the wait.
