Thanks guys! Honestly, physical weight loss has been the same since the beginning of time. Calories consumed less than calories expended. Of course there's fine points to learn between about lean muscle and body types etc. However, started out with 30 minutes of cardio on the wii fit board. 30 minutes a day for like 2 weeks. I tossed the deep fryer in the garbage. Bought only lean ground turkey or chicken breast, and never hit Micky D's again. 30 minutes became an hour which got easy also. The hour went to two hours and I found my jiu jitsu game again lol. Then it became high protein, 8-9 meals a day and 4 hour workouts. All pretty simple actually. The mental reasons for weight gain are a whole other story. That's a battle you fight forever. 2.5 years of maintenance is a damn good step though. Thanks again guys!
