My top student Daniel Valdez, and new student (already a super stud) Ethan Rhoades both kicked butt at the latest Northwest Grappling Challenge on 9-11-10.
Ethan finished first beating 5 opponents i think. all but one by submission
Daniel competed both Gi (they asked him to) and Nogi, and finished 2nd after a 2 point Overtime loss in the finals. I think he had about 5 matches as well.
It was a solid performance by both athletes.
