Actually what the poster is doing strength work, by definition strength training is 1-5 sets of 1-6 repetitions speed is irrevellent.
I personally follow this program:-
Power Cleans 4 sets of 5
Squats supersetted with box jumps 4 sets of 5
Pull ups 15 reps total
Bench Press supersetted with clap push ups 4 sets of 5
Bent over row 4 sets of 5
Shoulder press 4 sets of 5
Neck Strength
