    if you eat carbs try and keep em clean oatmeal, whole wheat, and potatoes are good sources. Fedor Emelienenko lived on potatoes as a child. If your source of protein is gonna be chicken make sure the skin is off. That will eliminate most of the fat. If you decide to eat oatmeal and need something sweet to put on, don't use brown sugar, use honey. but if you are trying to cut weight I recommend eating the oatmeal without any sugar sources, or not at all and focus more on protein intake.

    also fyi if you eat lots of protein don't blow a load on your girlfriends face because it will taste bitter. I learned that the hard way. not from tasting it.. oh fuck it never mind.
