leg curl will stop the duck out and double bagga will stop the duck out. even with out the arm on the mat. how ever thats why its so important to be able to switch between crack head, foot on the hip and leg curling depending on your oppenents reactions.

If someone tried "ducking out" they HAVE to leave their arm behind. When I show people the series, I always tell them to look for the omoplata. The bigger problem is people pushing into me.

I was gonna share this a long time ago, but I figured a lot of ppl would get butthurt instead of just trying to being open minded and overlook comments like that. He obviously wasn't trying to step on any toes. I think its a fresh look at some stuff, and I'm glad someone else is out there trying to bring the guard back.

It has to do with the motion of his arms squeezing in and up.
Gable grip gets pretty light with that motion. He talks more
    about it at about 6:30.

He says to use the elevator and sweep him over if one leg breaks free.
But it does contain a risk of being passed.
