Hey Guys,
What's the best head gear? I've always avoided wearing it, because I figure the extra bulk will stop me from weaseling my head out of submissions. But, I've had to stick needles in both of my ears to drain them at this point, and that sucks.
Guidance is greatly appreciated.

there's a thread about this "Best Ear Guard", do a search and it should come up. Has a lot of help there. If you can't find it let me know and I will try and help u as best as I can.
