I use the shower gel as an everything wash! It makes me look like I have more hair than I do when it dries hahaha because all the oily residue on my head is gone.
The balm helps me for cracked lips in the winter and any mat burn. After I shower I rub it in any fingernail gouges or scratches I may have gotten from training, I rub it on my face after I shave and it keeps my skin looking good. I have even used it as a means to battle my dog's skin allergy to laundry detergent so when she sleeps in my bed she get a red irritated stomach..it took me a while to figure out the cause but the Defense balm helps clear it up!
I rub the foam in my beard especially before training. The concentrate is good to rub into any questionable red marks that may be some kind of ringworm and I put it on my toenails especially after I cut them as just another level of protection against the nasty stuff.
Basically the majority of my body maintenance products are from Defense Soap, granted I am biased I sell the stuff but I love selling the stuff because it is awesome. Anyone that has ever sold anything knows how much easier it is to sell something that you believe in. It really works, I use it and love it. Sometimes I give it away just because I want to help people be less scumbags or just to educate them on the brand. I consider it an obligation to the rest of the community of athletes to help out, but it is important for people to call each other out on ringworm or stinkyness. Hygiene is a a big deal in our sport, so tell them not to be skeezy and buy Defense Soap.
