I think the biggest problem facing the women's divisions is the lack of depth in the talent pool. The top fighters put on great fights, but unfortunately there is a huge drop off between the few top level women and those below them. When someone like Cyborg has to sit on the shelf for so long simply because there are no worthy challengers for her to face something is obviously wrong. Hopefully more women will continue to enter the sport so women's MMA can continue to grow and entertain.
