the Andre Galvao book on jiu jitsu drills? I just got it yesterday because Borders is going out of business and it was 20% off. If you have it do you like it and is it worth it? I assume it is because its Galvao but sometimes...there can be hiccups and lapses in judgement...anyway let me know.

I have it and yes it's worth it. It's a great book with a TON of drills...things I would have never thought of.

Awesome, good to know. I skimmed it but kinda bought it on a whim. I plan on using it, having other people do the drills including my family. I have it too and I like it a lot. Some of the stuff is gi specific, but there is still tons of good stuff in there! The cheaper you can get it the better, lol

It's a great book and it allows you to do tons of great solo work whenever you can't get to the gym. The core ball drills effected my game only after 2 weeks of practice and the shoulder rolls refined my gramby rolls.
