10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Van Nuys Presents:
"The Petey Wheatstraw Nogi Open"
This is the second installment of a series of in house tournaments from the good people for 10th Planet Van Nuys and Saekson Muay Thai. We will be suggesting a $10 donation for competitors, and $5 donation for spectators (feel free to donate more, it's for a good cause). We'll also be serving food, snacks drinks etc. All proceeds with be going towards a beautiful new set of Zebra mats for our gym. As many of you know who have rolled on these mats, there is nothing better! As some of you may know, these mats don't come cheap, but we only want the very best for our gym. Please bring as many friends and family to support as you can. The more the merrier.
There is LIMITED SPACE for non Van Nuys Competitors. If you'd like to compete ask your coach to contact me, or if you know me directly, email me.
This tournament will then at 5:00 pst, turn into a UFC fight night viewing, featuring 10th Planet's own, Dan Hardy vs. Chris Lytle. We will be bringing in the big screens so we can all cheer our good friend Dan "The Outlaw" Hardy as he takes on one of the most respected fighters in the game, Chris "Lights Out" Lytle.
There will be giveaways, raffles, special guests, and other surprises that day as well. If anybody has any friends that are interested in joining or if you're interested in rejoining the program, there will be sign up specials that day ONLY as well. Bring your UFC couch coaches to the event and show them how much fun we are!
