Guys im freqking out

K so about 15 mins ago i was on my last roll right?
Well the guy got me against the cage
Picked me up on his shoulder and slammed my ass ricardo arona style
I didnt get knocked out but i got the worst fucking pain in the back of my head ever
So the guy made sure i was alright and got off helped me up
I was a little dizzy and had to take a break
I wasnt expecting the slam cuz i thought he was gonna let me down early
Damn was i ever wrong huh?
Has anybody ever had a concussion and do u know the precautions i should take?
I heard its very unsafe to eat or drInk anything until 6 hours later because u may choke on it
And is it alright to sleep?

concussions usually no joke, if worried get it checked asap...and no offense but a slam like that rolling is a douche move. Wouldn't be acceptable at most gyms and would result in him getting lit up in most cases.

The headache is gone already
If the pain comes back or i have trouble with anything imma go to the hospital

And my eyes were dialated right after it

Don't sleep for approx 3 hrs after the event, head trauma is no laughing matter so you should stop asking for medical advice on this forum and see a real doctor, ask for a prescription for some common sense while you're there.
