HOLY SHIT!!! Sean & Jeremy are some bad ass dudes!!! It was seriously one of the best Seminars I've ever been to.. Sean is a very in-depth teacher & goes into the tiniest of details to make the techniques work... He is truly deserving of his black belt... I couldn't believe there were only 13 people who attended this thing... I was seriously disappointed that Sean & Jeremy didn't get more love from the southeastern 10th Planet community... Shame shame SHAME!!! Jk guys, I know shit happens... Seriously though, you guys missed out on a phenomenal treat!!! Hopefully we will have them back in Mobile & in Pensacola sometime after Christmas... In the meantime, here's a video of me getting slaughtered by Sean... Enjoy...

Can't look at videos on my iPhone but definitely wanted to be there! My reality though was either this seminar or that tournament in Ft.Walton. Though I won, this may have been better for my long term jiu jitsu. Keep us posted on future events.

Sean has a crazy way of rolling as well! He told me once, think of yourself as a 10 year old kid, and then roll! You wouldnt be able to muscle a full grown man! So hes just slithers around you like an anaconda, waiting to squeeze! lol!

Thank you Sean Bollinger and Jeremy Fields!!! I really enjoyed the seminar. Thank you Jeremy and CrossFit Five flags for hosting the seminar. I learned a lot of small details that I didn't pay attention to before. Sean and Jeremy are very good teachers and were definetly worth the 5 1/2 hour drive to Pensacola. I can't wait 'til you come guys back. I hope we are able to get into the double bagger, twister side control, and some submissions next time. Jeremy (from Pensacola),Josh Smith, and Hedi it was good seeing you guys again and I enjoyed our conversations and rolling with you Hedi (you are definitely a handful and I feel sorry for the guys that have to roll with you, lol :-D). Hope to see ya'll in Orlando in December.
