I'm curious what different techniques that you guys like to use to conserve energy while rolling. Are there specific positions that you try to get to where you are safe to rest and recover some wind before continuing? What do you guys do if you are absolutely gassed and still have a few minutes left in the roll? Usually I just gable grip their body and hold on for deal life while trying to breath calmly and deeply, but are there any tricks that you guys use to recover wind mid-roll? Thanks!
