Hey guys I have just joined this site and the techniques are great! I train at Carlos Machados(since 2004) and today was wrestling and Nogi day. I worked 4 of the techniques that I saw on the videos. I need to review the Japanese necktie I kept getting caught in z guard but the other 3 worked perfectly. And the Renato Saga is so damn funny because I know some Brazilian that act just like that!!! Keep up the good work guys I have to get out to HQ one day!!!!
