With some increased issues with Trolls, Spammers, Instigaters, etc. The Mods have decided to implement a forum rule change. Those members that do not use their real name and use a screen name such as "Nubtard007", will be instantly banned without warning if they insult, challenge, or are inappropriate to other forum members.

This forum is about sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas in a positive atmosphere as we are a team and a family.

This doesn't mean you can't have a healthy debate, just keep it civil.

Eisner and I have difference in opinion on the 50/50 guard and how it applies to leg locks, even though I'm right and he's wrong , it doesn't mean I'm gunna call him and ignorant d-bag. I have respect for the man and the work he does to benefit and further the system. Agree to disagree it'll benefit both parties and we can continue to learn and grow from each other.

So play nice and spread the love.

Is there a way to change our usernames? When I registered I wasn't aware that you guys preferred us to use our real names. I have no problem with using my real name. So yea, can we change em or what? Thanks.

I believe you can change them in your profile ,you have nothing to worry about Matt, you've been cool in all the posts I've seen , if you can't I know Scott Elkin can change it for you, you can just send him a PM.

Thanks. I searched but can't seem to find the ability to change usernames on the profile page, so I sent Scott a message with the request. I actually like the using real names pseudo-rule... makes things more personal and helps to weed out the crap that this thread is referring to. In the words of Renato... I come for Jiu Jits.

Here is how to change your user name. First click sign up. You will see a prompt that says you have already done so. Click edit or change profile.

Dude...I just hard core LOL'd. Nice! For the record, I think you are an awesome leg lock guy...it's just a difference of opinion and that doesn't mean I am not willing to listen.

Debate is healthy and how real friends/teammates speak to one another. I consider Chris my friend and teammate.

unfortunately you cannot change your username yourself. if that were possible, i wouldn't have already changed about 40 people's usernames...grrrr.
