    Wrestling Coaches at our Jiu JItsu Class video

    Guys, I arranged for 2 wrestling coaches come down and teach takedowns at our class, although it was pure wrestling techniques taught (the coaches have no Jiu Jitsu background), I am sure there are some things that can be taken and applied to you Jiu Jitsu game.
