Some of you may know that Im a Cop in South Florida and one of the lead Defensive Tactics instructors for my agency. I am pleased to report that I have added to the departments self defense curriculum many of the 10th Planet techniques such as the lockdown. Let me know if you think there are any other techniques I could also add to the arsenal that would be practical for law enforcement. Thanks

the big one adapted to AFSOC guys was using Mission Control. that free hand can be the difference...
also, if you sheathe a knife there...thats easy access to it.

Yeah Ive shown a lot of different things but the issue is many cops are fat and lazy. So you have to teach techniques that anyone can do no matter what. Most cops are the biggest crybabies on the planet
