    I like to go slow with it, because it can be awkward to adjust once you dive over your partner's head.

    Its a game changer for sure. I get it on everyone especially the Gracie school people. I go with a nice slow flow nothing snappy, and dont try yanking shit like a damn wrestler does. Jiu Jitsu destroys wrestlers.

    Thanks for the advice on the set up to make it a choke. Since I have been using this it has ended up with adjusting a lot of peoples necks.

    In IBJJF rules would this be classed as a crank or a choke in competition? my main fear is using it in a comp and being disqualified
