What are your favorite movies a lot of people might not have seen

Any of the Masterpiece Classic, Theater, or Mystery series. Don't care much for the contemporary stuff. I like to read all the books first before watching the films. Jane Eyre, Oliver Twist, Northanger Abbey, Little Dorrit, Miss Marple, etc.

wait... where the buffalo roam?? I looked that up and the plot seems very similar to fear and loathing. Is fear and loathing in las vegas a remake of where the buffalo roam?
