wait... where the buffalo roam?? I looked that up and the plot seems very similar to fear and loathing. Is fear and loathing in las vegas a remake of where the buffalo roam?

Both are based on Hunter Thompson but they are two different movies entirely. Both very good. If you haven't, you should read the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas book.

I showed this movie to my Chinese (legit, straight out of China) roommate and he hated it. Made me sad =P

Lots of good films in here including Shogun Assassin, Flying Guillotine, Pi, Lebowski, Snatch etc...

Salton Sea just reminded me of the movie Spun, another f'd up crazy up movie. Never seen or heard of Where the Buffalo Roam.

oh my god I have where the buffalo roam, it's bill murray as hunter s thompson and it's awesome. Hunter hated it, maybe cuz it didn't make money, i think it's cuz mr murray hit to close to home.
