I really liked that transition from half to the 50/50. Nokes gotta know to protect that inside heal or at least drop some bombs there...that inside heal hook is straight nasty to get caught in.

I was so pumped to see the 50/50 in MMA. Ryan Hall has talked about how it has many applications for MMA, but there just aren't that many people adept at it yet. Was cool as hellsinki!

That was a beautiful entry and finish. Noke was definitely out of his element it seemed, pushing forward in the 50/50 coming on top, leaving his heel up and exposed. Not sure he knew how dangerous of a situation he was in.

Leglocks are some of the most devestating submissions for MMA and no-gi grappling. As people learn more about lower half submission fighting and leg control positions we should start to see some really cool stuff.

I kinda hope traditional schools keep avoiding the Leg Locks so new MMA fighters have some kinda chance against these 10 to 15 year black belts that keep flying over from brazil.

People seem to injure themselves a lot with improper defense, and seem to not know when they are in trouble more and more lately.
