Just got home from meniscus surgery. They said it will be 6 months for full recovery. Cause instead of cutting the torn piece out they had to stitch it cause the tear was to big. Bummed out. Itching to get back on the Mat

Been there brother. Do all the proper rehab so you can
regain full functionality of the knee. On the upside, you
can forever gross people out with the loud crunching
sound your knee will make after it heals. Good luck man,
hope you heal quickly!

I had acl surgery when the bone it attached to broke. They reattached it with a screw and stitches. The nerve damage was the worse, when the bone broke it tore up a nerve and I lost use of my foot for a while and lost some strength in my ankle. Sometimes after a hard roll if the nerve gets rubbed the wrong I get some weird feeling through my leg for like a week.
