Whats weird is that i trained at Flo so many times and he is actually a really really cool guy....i actually saw this video couple months ago and i was really shocked that he was talking smack......when i went there i was murdering his white belts and blue belts with rubber guard technique and he would never say anything to me...(for example good job or anything) I thought maybe because i was new to the school but i really never knew he was a hater like this.....thats sad man...he is really legit though but i can't stand when people do stuff like this.....i just lost mad respect for him

I'm going to his gym tomorrow night to check out a beginners no gi class, please don't hate me. The gym I started going to has been closed for several weeks and I am looking for a new one. I wish I knew the system so I could rep it in no gi class/sparing if I choose to continue to go.
