Damn!!! That's awesome. We need more Gi practitioners to come out and say they appreciate the System, because there definitely is value in it Gi or NoGi.
I respect Prof.Sauer limitlessly and this expanded that.
When people realize it's potential you're gonna see some INSANE sweeps from some of the 10thpjj positions with the gi.
Eddie Bravo made 10th planet to help Jiu Jitsu not segregate it, and it's sad that some people think you have to choose or pick sides and thus hate the other.
Close mindedness in any form is a hindrance to the body, mind and performance in this all-too-beautiful sport.

I have always enjoyed Keith's videos and opinions, and I have been watching for years. I bought his DVDs online, when I usually just find videos for free, because I love his attitude and he deserves to make a few bucks. By the way, much as he describes TPJJ, his videos are not revolutionary, but there are some real gems. But my main point is that Keith brings optimism, a positive attitude, and a very open mind to every session, and he supports the idea of a fighter tailoring techniques to his game, rather than vice versa. Thanks Keith!

Kieth Owen is the man. But don't label him as just a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. He has more then one black belt and a wealth of knowledge. He's a very well rounded martial artist, teacher, and person in general. I bought his DVD's also. Actually gave them to a few friends in the Marine Corps to study. He's help their ass out of tight spots and doesn't even know it. Nothing but great things to say about him and he continues to impress me on a constant basis.
