Hemp protein and hemp milk are awesome ways to get omega 3+6, calcium, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. They have no known allergens, and provide a valuable source of protein, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin E, iron & zinc.

Shit is just straight up good for you.

I was a vegetarian a couple of years ago and have never felt healthier in my life. I've decided as of a few weeks ago that I'm going back to being a vegetarian and my wife is being ultra-supportive. I look forward to every sharing their recipes and tips for staying vegan / vegetarian while balancing it with an athletic life. I could never go full vegan, I love dairy and eggs too much!
