    Chicken Breasts

    What do you guys marinade in and how long?
    What about recipes?
    Grill, Fry, Bake, etc?

    I like to grill them in Olive Oil... until its cooked! That does the trick for me, although sometimes I add spice

    We use Mojo and hot-sauce for marinade and then we grill it. We usually have that with brown rice and black beans. Its awesome!

    heavy Salt,pepper lil olive oil.butter or coconut oil in the bottom of a pan heat that bastard up place said fat in the pan then place breasts skin side down 4-5 minutes each side grab half a lemon squeeze over top remove the breasts add buter and you got yourself a very tastey sauce, serve with a simple mixed greens salad and some rice and its a epic meal time

    Soy sauce, honey, sweet chili, pepper, pineapple, crushed garlic. Marinade it overnight. Either grill it, put it in a terra-cotta dish and stick it in the oven or put it on skewers and grill it.
