You outlined things that are good for you pocket book, but there are ways of going about it and ways to not. His avenue is other than that of a fighter.

Why do you think the UFC left Junie Browning on the Ultimate Fighter????Entertainment, Ratings, its a business. #1 priority of a business is to make money! UFC wants people talking. They want ESPN people talking, Entertainment tonight talking, all the media talking. The more buzz the bigger the events. They all talk when there's news worthy sound bites. I'm still undecided. One minute he seems like a douche bag that adds nothing to the sport with his trash talk. Then he comes out with new material that gets me laughing again.

I love the drama. If Sonnen was a quiet dude no one would have cared that he got triangled at the last minute against Anderson. Now that he still won't stop talking it will be an even better fight to watch when they rematch (if it comes up down the road). Love him or hate him, he gets people emotionally involved in the fight and makes everything more interesting.

I didn't say he wasn't a good fighter. Read closely next time. I said his career as a MMA fighter is a joke. As in everytime he dogs on BJJ and how he insinuates that it is gay he gets submitted, thus making him the joke in my eyes. He doesn't back up his talk but one time, the last fight against Filho in which case it was not Filhos best mental fight. Either way, if I remember correct Junie Browning was cut from the UFC after a tirad that landed him in the press. That new right.

I never mentioned how people are supposed to act and I didn't bring my morals into this. I talked about how he is crossing lines in how to promote and what sport he is in.
