I am a huge Rogain fan, however I am not so sure he is right about the whole "if you can think about it it has been done a thousand times thing". I think if "crazy thoughts" were put on a chart with the time line of humanity it would look a lot like this.

Wearing a Gi is essential when training to fight bears. The reason being is the gi resembles the bears fur. Btw I was wondering if the rubber guard would work on a bear. Imagine going for a zombie and trying to get a claw to the mat

I personally would go for the RNC if its good enough to kill a lion maybe it'll stop a bear too.

True... I guess a RNC would be the way to go. It couldn't bite or scratch you if you had it's back. Can you imagine making a bear or lion tap out. How cool would that be? I wonder... if Eddie used 10th planet to beat a lion do you think peeps would still hate on him. They'd probably claim that he got lucky
