    Incase you missed the Sean Bollinger Seminar.. Good News!!!

    We are having Sean B back out next week at 10th Planet Springfield for THE ENTIRE WEEK!!!!!. He will be teaching our normal Jiu Jitsu classes for the whole week. Like our FB page to keep up with the latest info. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Spring...01846746540668

    If you can make it we would love to have anyone and everyone out to train with us.

    6:45 PM Monday thru Thursday. 10:30 am Tuesday thru Friday.
