    Need help with flexibility....

    I am deploying in the next couple of months, and I really want to continue working on my flexibility so that I can continue to evolve my rubber guard, does anyone know of some good yoga or other means of stretching/exercises that will help me with my flexibility? I would prefer videos because it's easier for me to learn what to do/not to do, any help would be much appreciated!

    Jason Eisner is the guru of Yoga for here, but I do Astanga Yoga and that on it's own is decent enough. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to do some Rebel Yoga, but that's the one I want to do the most.

    Just do Yoga a lot, and you will improve flexibility and many other things

    Strettttttccccchhhhhhhhhhhh. Alot of guys here will tell you to avoid static stretches but thats nonsense if you ask me. For many years thousands of Karate people and gymnasts have been doing static stretches. Its idiotic to say that they are wrong when I am a subject of static stretching. Its how I got flexible. Do all kinds of stretches whatever you like and is comfortable for you.

    I think this might help. This woman demonstrates some good postures to improve hip flexibility which is KEY to a solid JJ game.
