Has you or anyone you have taught put the lockdown on.. backwards per say, like putting the inside leg over the top of the leg and then under your knee and looping the outside leg under the ankle? I noticed when doing this either by messing up in my head where my legs are or purposefully putting them there that i can whip up and as i clear under the arm i can hit a calf crush... I cannot remember if i was ever taught this or if i just accidently hit it one day... if there is some confusion I can record it and show you what I mean
