Ok I guess I'm not going for the popular vote from you guys , because you guys really seem to dig this Bruce Leroy............but he bugs the crap out of me. Started with the yellow track suit and pick in the hair. I locked my opinion in when as AJ POINTED OUT and YES I did catch it, his best impression of Bruce Leroy doing Bruce Lee doing his interview. I'm sure Bruce Lee turned over in his grave and wanted to climb out and 1 inch punch Bruce Leroy heart out. It's ok to make the sport I love entertaining........but dude, don't turn it into a side show.

Now about the vid.....was it bad of me, that I was wishing the guy slamed the back of Bruce Leroy's skull thru one of those metal spears stuck in the ground, they were calling ring posts!!! lol.

Ok I know everyone was takin in by the getto look and how he won with that deep triangle, but lets face it, if the dude he was fighting had any skill. Bruce Leroy would have been knocked the F out long before it would have got sunk. After the first slam all he had to do was posture up, put his feet underneath him, push his hips hard into him. At that point start to rain down BIG bombs from above. Good night Bruce Leroy.

Have a hard time picturing what I'm talking about, rewatch my coach's 13 second TUF fight. After the big overhand knock down right, watch how he push's his hips in, than starts throwing down bombs that finish TJ Obrian off. He teach's us guys on the fight team that as basic's.....like breathing. If the guy BL had been fighting in the vid had hung out with us for a couple days it would of been his highlite video. Him turning BL's skull into a greasy blood stain on the grass. lol.

Ok I went on a rant....sorry. I don't like this guy. Just bugs me !!!!lol. Coach Stevens says he's twice as annoying when your stuck in a house 6 weeks with him.lol.

Don't hate ghetto fabulous just because it's fabulous.

It's just a different way of experiencing, articulating and living in the world than you're used to.

But it doesn't mean his modes of expression and social interaction are any less legitimate than the perceivable uptight, conservative and/or 'proper' ideas about expression and living that are common in the other diverse cultures that make up our shared plurality... just sayin'..

Well said, Ian " ifreez" Freemantle. Damn can the kid just have some fucking fun. hes right out of the backyard fight scene. and has a chance to make some real money for the first time in his life. And not everybody can be a "Uptight Ass" goodie too shoes, say all the right things, to make up for "being boring" suit wearing, Lay and pray wrestler.

Dudes say the same shit about my boy Nick Diaz, And thats annoying as hell, When most of these dudes only started watching MMA in the past eight years. And they don't know how long Nick has been out there " Putting In Work " the dude is second generation MMA and is only in his mid twenties. he was younger than Matt Hughes when Matt first stepped in the cage, And was one of only a few at that time who displayed real jiu jitsu skills. So what if hes not the most polished guy, that dude Eats ,Sleeps & Trains. And is a real Example of Samurai Spirit. As someone who's been around since UFC 1, I appreciate the " New Fans " but most tend to overstep there boundaries. Just a Few years ago a lot of these dudes still thought "Boxing" was the end all be all to fighting.

Derrick I feel I am very enlightend....... enlightend enough to the personalities of people, that if I was locked into a room with them, I would want to poke there eye out with a sharp stick.lol. Bruce Leroy and Nate Diaz are 2 of those personalities.lol.

Also don't underestimate the power of hate. It has served me well In football, Lacrosse, kickboxing, boxing, ping pong, speedwalking,
vollyball, shuffleboard, checkers, go fish, monopoly and yes you may find this hard to beleave even at times on the jiu jitsu mat.

We can be friends and hug after the match when they are raising my hand above my head in victory. Not until. But thats just me, we must all choose our own path................. Crap !!!! I just sounded like Bruce Leroy, now I have to jab a sharp stick in my own eye.lol.
