I get it. It's when you're jonesin' real bad for a good roll but for whatever reason you can't (can't get to the gym, injured, etc). Nothing will make it better; watching training vids, catching a UFC fight, wading through every forum on the interwebs in search of SOMETHING that will take the yearn to roll away -- and it doesn't. The only thing that cures the itch is a good, solid roll and you can't right now so you get "blue [balls] belt". The next time you're in the gym you make quick work of some poor schmuck and the itch eases -- like when you hold it and hold it for a little too long on the drive home, rush into the house at light speed and pee for like ten minutes. It's that kind of "Ahhh..."
