If your hurt someone because your a jerk, fuck you. If you hurt a guy by accident then it sucks. I've know people that wanted to jack a knee up, pop and elbow and then boost about it later, after all the BS sorry dude shit. There should be a permanent record which anybody can view online. Like Ebay with a feedback rating. If your an ass hole or even if your not but you hurt folk they can avoid your shit.
