My stopwatch tells me that the tap came @ 24.8 secs after the 20 sec mark....interesting....maybe the HDnet clock was off a little.

The tv clocks are usually off which is why they disappear off of the screen at the 5 second mark. The official time is kept by the commission and the production tries their best to be in sync with them.
