They were allowed at pan ams so I think it's cool. I have no idea what 'No Mata Leo' means. I can tell you at least 40% of the matches were DQ's. If that outside heel comes anywhere near the hip they call it. Even the slightest slam is a DQ. Any torque of the neck...DQ. The rules are insane. They really wanna keep it straight Bjj.
