The video is just a bunch of whiny-ass hipsters getting arrested for blocking off ENTIRE INTERSECTIONS of public roads. The cops are there not only to protect the protesters, but all the other people too, and to keep the city running as smoothly as possible. They wouldn't get out of the street so they were arrested. As for the "non-violent protest," there is clearly a point in that video where some black dude takes a swing at a cop, and is subsequently arrested. The Police are protecting public safety. Take the London riots for example. The police didn't act as soon as they should have, and what was a protest of like 200 people turned into a 2 day riot. Fuck that. As for the protesters themselves... Well... They can be summed up like this...

They're a bunch of retarded hipsters, and personally I enjoyed watching them get their asses kicked. This isn't a Democratic Society, it's a Democratic Republic. To tell people who have earned their money to "share the wealth" is totally unconstitutional, and you are fucktarded for thinking otherwise. Granted that the people they are protesting aren't exactly holding up the constitution either, the hipsters are still "doing it wrong," and I find this whole situation hilarious.
