over 5000 people have shown up to wallstreet and have been protesting the greed of the white collars there. The protest is HUGE and people are literally CAMPING in the streets.

There is an almost complete media blackout on this event. Your guess is as good as mine to why the media is ignoring this but I think I have an idea.

also as a side note.. it appears they are going out of there way to make sure this story isnt noticed by many.. Here's a link to a map of all the places the hashtag "occupywallstreet" (The name of this protest) is being used on twitter.. (the bigger the hashtag, the more people that are using it in the area)
