Whats "Stupid" is that a "teacher" wouldn't continue to educate himself, while attempting to educate others. To be so closed minded without reasearching a topic hes speaking out against is a sign of being sheepish. Being a sheep is the true sign of being a coward, NOT when one man rises to challenge the powers at be, to push for change. Eddie Bravo is no idiot or coward!

I used to have a Zen caldender when I was in high school, there where two particular proverbs that stuck out to me. I always thought this one clever and true until I met Eddie. Eddie broke this mold like he has done with so may others.

Wow! People need to learn the difference between drugs (made by man) And the herb (made by God). The very first page of the Bible states that all herb yielding seed after its own kind, is good and to be used by man as meat. I have discussed this with every religious person I have had the pleasure to speak with. Not a single one could place their opinions over God's. Man says no, God says yes, who do you believe? I know not everyone is religious or follow the same beliefs. But most Brazilians are Catholic. And either way no one can refute MJ is natural, whereas drugs are man made. As far as fake medicine, someone should point him to Rick Simpson, so he can see and hear the proof I'm quite sure it won't matter, but at least he would no longer be ignorant, and would be choosing to be stupid after that point. You can lead a horse through the desert to water, but you still can't force it to drink...

Chris I agree 100% on all three of your posts! There are sooo many poor delusional IGNORANT people in this world. So many that your proverbs still hold true. Great knowledge brings great frustration... ;( But we still must do what we can, and not spread the hate. In case I sounded derogatory here is the def of ignorant: lack of knowledge on a subject. Not having the information to accurately answer the test/task/question. Stupidity is choosing not to comprehend the info after it is given, or the inability to.

Despite recent major 10p wins can you really blame him for being critical of the system? Its our duty to compete and show the System has its place in jj and mma. 10th planet isnt that well known hell there is only one school here in dfw and about a hundred traditional bjj ones and you would be surprised how uneducated/uninterested people are About 10thp. as for his personal comments about eddie thats to be expected, these brazilians can be quite ignorent
