Wow, what a fully fleshed out, well developed, researched and cited perspective on physical fitness and health. That's actually what drew me to Eddie's instructional, he logically explains his perspective on everything and how he came to the conclusions that he has. He could have done a better Public service announcement against drugs rather than spending half the time talking about Eddie.
Yeah, I speculate that he's gotta discredit Eddie because he said RG doesn't work then Vinny Mag basically showed how effective it is if done properly on one of the biggest grappling platforms out there.
The crazy thing is, RG has a bad name because a lot of dudes think RG is just pulling your leg up so most people see "RG" fail because guys aren't doing it right. During ADCC a lot of guys in the chat kept mentioning RG whenever a guy would pull their leg up. I'm like, "no dude, that's not RG. He's not hugging his knee. He doesn't have his leg in the right spot. He needs to learn it right." BUT when somebody who actually KNEW the system (Vinny Mag) he makes it work. Go figure.
But I mean, hey, the longer they stay ignorant, the better we get, the more medal/trophies we take home until they accept that it's time to adapt.
