No one says youu have to keep it. Herzog asked everyone at the gym acouple months ago to bring all the award they won and put them up in the gym. So I did but I kept most of my 2nd or 3rd place awards at home. I see them everyday I wake up and every night before I go to bed, It reminds me of the matches I've lost and keeps working hard in the gym everyday. It works for me but it might not for you.
