    I trained with him a little bit at my old school. He's really good. I heard he was one of the main guys that trained with Jason MacDonald when he did his training camp for Yushin Okami. He was also on TUF. (the season that Mir and Nog coached I think) he lost his fight to get in the house against Antwain Britt. I have a ton of respect for the guy, I just wish he'd finish more of his fights.
