OT: Why are people so afraid to shoot jiu jitsu matches close? At around 2:10 the camera man starts to zoom in, and then its like he realizes if he zooms in we won't be able to read the "Dollamur" signage so he zooms back out. I just don't get it. If you want to instantly improve your photography/videography, fill the frame with whatever it is you are shooting.

I get the feeling most people prob are holding the camera but not watching the match through it so they want to spend as little time as they need to looking back at the camera to insure they still have the match in frame.

Thank you so so so much for this! When I heard Marcelo finished up the finals with a triangle I was like "What??!" I mean I heard he was quite good with em like everything else but he tended to avoid them cause he couldn't get the bigger guys but this was awesome. It was such a clean and smooth transition to. Got this downloaded to my matches for future review

Ungrateful much? How about thank you so much for posting! Do you think the guy filming is a pro? Lack of a tripod would suggest otherwise, seems like this is just a fan filming a match and when he started to zoom in it got blurry and that's probably why he zoomed back out.
